Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following
The product you ordered being unavailable from stock
Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
The identification of a pricing , product description error or any other pricing error
Cyber Aquatics reseve the right to use different couriers to ship your order if we feel we can supply a better service by doing this.We will never downgrade your shipping request though we may upgrade it.
Order's Paid for via cheque:
Items will not be taken off sale until cheque is received.
Items will not be shipped until cheque has fully cleared.
As Cyber Aquatics is closed on tuesday sometimes it is not possible to send mail orders out on tuesdays.
