Just thought i would let you guys know i ordered another 24G NanoCube and the stand was out of stock. They were happy to post the tank first as it was a birthday present for my dad and the stand dispatched after at no extra cost.

Just wanted to let folk on the board know of my recent experience with CyberAquatics.
Ordered last 2 clams on the site. Got an email to say that they were not up to scratch healthwise, and money refunded. Clams now removed from site.
Very heartening indeed to see such a commitment to quality. Would have been very easy to post the clams out and blame any problems on me,my tank,my set up etc. But no. Rather lose the sale than sell poor quality.
Excellent.
Will have no hesitation ordering in future.

I like to give feedback to all people who supply me with livestock via post.
Corals arrived at 11.30am (big box!). Excellent packaging, heatpacks were stone cold as was the water, however, corals looked in good shape and water was clear.
Overall i was very impressed with the effort that went into packaging, and i have never received any corals in the post (other than frags) that have been floated upside down (a great technique imo).
I have had a problem in the past with whole colonies (especially acropora
millepora) arriving in a poly box in a leaking bag, not floated and without heatpacks - the colonies in question RTN'd in the bag (and this happened with one supplier more than once) - so in short, its nice to see the different techniques and the difference in the animals health upon delivery.
With regard to acclimatisation, i followed your guidance and put them straight into the display tank (i usually drip, but i can see the logic in getting them out of their transit water asap). Obviously they will take a week or so to settle, but already attached colonies of filter feeding barnacles are working the water.

I have never ordered corals online before and to be honest, for the money you were asking for a coral pack, I was expecting 4 tiny frags. How wrong was I ? Extremely pleased doesnt sum it up !
